Loooonng story ...daughter recently diagnosed via eating disorder and it's been a long few months...1 step forward 5 back...it was suggested that I'd feel 'less alone ' joing a group chat Face palm

    Not sure what else I can do for any of them if I'm honest! Husbands 50th on Thursday... beautiful day...had discussed with her and planned we'd eat out (but outdoors, not in as she didn't want the noise and smells) and bring her a sandwich so not asking her to eat out...we were going to cycle there and meet the boys (hubby and son) so she still got her exercise...was absolutely on board with it until it came time to do it! 

    We had weekend planned which we knew would be tough but planned meticulously (own bedroom, self catering, meal plan, own cutlery etc). She had been looking forward to the loch and hot tub but has beSob unable to engage all weekend. Selective mutism. 15yr old big brother struggling too (also ASD). I'm done tbh Sob
