Hello

Hello,

I was diagnosed with Aspergers Syndrome in 2011 and have since been struggling now I'm an adult. Everything seems so stressful and it's overwhelming. I was a teenager when I was diagnosed and yet I still feel as if I am processing being autistic.

I hope it will get easier.

Nice to meet you!

Olly.

  • A lot of people talk about diagnosis as a single moment, but for many it’s more like a long process of understanding and re-understanding yourself over time, especially when you were diagnosed young and are now seeing your life through an adult lens. It makes sense that it still feels like something you’re processing.
