    Dear Bella, 

    Welcome to the online community, it is great to have you here. The community may have some good suggestions on how to manage injections, so I will wait to see if they have any specific advice on this- it may be worth doing a separate post for this so it is easily visible to members.

    A resource that may be worth taking a look at is My health passport - this is a passport that can be taken to appointments and will have important information that can be taken into account during treatments.
