New here, more about me and my hobbies

Hello guys,

Some more information about me:

I like anything to do with trees and forests and woodlands, hence the name of my profile. The Beech tree is a magnificent tree native to the UK. Fun fact, the Beech tree is invincible from lightning strikes. Other trees like Oak or Elm will die when struck by lightning but the Beech survives!

I also like music, reading books about nature (also reading Unmasking Autism by Devon Price at the moment) and hiking.

I am looking forward to connecting with more autistics/autistic people and sharing advice and experiences.

  • Hi ! I like your interest in trees ….  Beech trees are quite pretty do. Did you know that tree roots create a sort of network for each other and trees release chemicals which help each other to fight off infections etc they also release chemicals which make people feel naturally relaxed which is why nature is so good for us but I love the way they look after each other

How is your book? Are you finding much in it that helps? I need to start reading again but struggle with concentration over the past couple of years due to burn out but would love to get back to that clear head space
