Don’t know where to get help

Hi all

i could do with some advice please

i am struggling with my living conditi9ns due to anti social behaviour and feeling unsafe, I have to self harm to cope, a homeless application was submitted to the council about 3 months ago but they said because I physically haven’t been attacked they won’t help (I have a complaint pending)

In April I went and spoke to an equality centre and while I was there they rang my dr and asked them to make an emergency referral for my mh due to my self harming, the next day the dr sent me a txt message telling me to contact another organisation, due to my autism I find it hard to talk to people, I put a complaint in and they said third party shouldn’t be calling the gp on my behalf and that if I’m in crisis to ring SPA which I have many times but they don’t do anything

nhs111 made an appointment with a social worker at my cmht who I’ve had issues with and have had to put complaints in to as they make my mh worse, anyway I answered this social workers questions, telling him I’ve recently been diagnosed with autism, he said I should make a referral to the council social workers, I told him I did but they said because I can walk and talk they won’t help me, I said I’m speaking to a social worker now you should be helping me that’s why the referral was done, but he kept saying I need to refer to the council social worker not listening that the referral got declined (a complaint is also in to them) so I ended up storming out if the cmht and put a complaint in, although it hasn’t been acknowledged or replied to, so I rang nhs111 telling them not to refer me to a service that isn’t going to help instead make me worse, but they just said that’s the only place I can be referred to as I’m open to themRage

I spoke to Mencap who told me because I haven’t been diagnosed as having a learning disability they won’t help, but no one will do a learning disability assessment

I just don’t know where and who can help

sorry about the long post
