    Hi there.  I'm a lot older than you, but also with a 'late' diagnosis of autism & ADHD, and it would have been good to know sooner. It sounds like you'd like to overcome the isolation. There probably are ways to do that.  Anyway, welcome to the forums, and please comment wherever you feel like.
