does anybody here get overloaded by the white light from smartphones and tablets? if I use a smartphone or tablet for say an hour I come away highly anxious, racing heart, racing thoughts, etc this is something what has affected me for years I haven't owned a smartphone in nearly 3 years but only recently have I thought its a sensory issue. I get it using my tablet also.
Is it the screens or is it what you're doing with the screens?
I have come to think its is the screens yes, I did have social media accounts years ago what caused me anxiety not uncommon I know even for nt people, all have been deleted for years, now it happens regardless of the content I am viewing.
How do you find the TV when you do watch something? Do you have some sort of flat-panel TV (LED/plasma) or an old cathode-ray-tube TV?
not really unless its an interesting documentary, I feel overwhelmed after a film at the cinema I run outside to have a cigarette somewhere quite. my friend has a 64'' TV and I hate, it too bright!
Do you watch TV or go to the cinema? How do you find those experiences?
