Hi everyone, I have an 11 year old autistic daughter who refuses to change her underwear, she has worn the same pair of knickers for just under a year, trying to get them off her to wash, is nearly now impossible. These things are falling apart, so she has started wearing shorts over them while at school, this has been at my request/ demand, as I can't imagine her being exposed, the though fills me with dread. I'm also massively concerned about her hygiene. Any advice/ feedback or just someone confirming that they are in the same boat would help.
