Hi
Ive been awarded a A2W grant to provide a support worker to help me with coping strategies around communicating with others and disability awareness training to my colleagues
i have probable ASD (2+ year waiting list to get full diagnosis!), I’m 53 yrs and it’s all a bit of a shock. I work for the nhs and I need help with my direct communication style and black/ white thinking style. I’ve masked all my life but my communication style is upsetting colleagues and I need to learn to become more neurotypical.
anyone know of any companies who may be able to help? I have to get quotes and I’m located in Norfolk area.
