So I know some people here don't like me at all but hear me out.
I am looking for somewhere to live. I was told to contact Shelter and Citizen's Advice. Neither of them are picking up the phone. Both of them totally engaged all day.
I am in difficult position and it seems there is no one to turn to?

Hmm it’s very difficult to avoid someone in person. The only time I ever got anything out of citizens advice is when I turned up on their doorstep and just waited for someone to see me.
