I can finally say that.......not six weeks away, not a fortnight on Monday, not a week on Monday, but just "Monday". Very soon it will be "Tomorrow", then it will be happening, then hopefully after 18 months I'll get the NHS's final decision on whether or not I have ASD. I'll be back to let you all know!
Thank you. What I really want is a diagnosis that I can believe in, and I think that, for me, that means a positive diagnosis of ASD.
As I have said with others, I don't want to say good luck, because I don't know what I would be saying good luck for. Do you want a yes or a no, how will you deal with a yes or no, where do you go from either answer, etc, etc...
I will simply wish you well, and hopefully some relief and progress either way. Stay positive.
Hopefully! They've definitely dragged the process on long enough as it is!
The appointment letter says they *might* be able to tell me on the day, so I'm hopeful of that.
That's great. Will you find out whether you have a diagnosis on the same day or will they write to you afterwards?
Looking forward to your report
Hope you get what you're looking for. All the best.
glad to hear that it's finally happening!
It’s about time too! Good luck
