Is it more common for people with Autism to get 'turned on' in an unconventional way, namely through fetishes and paraphilias?

For example, getting 'turned on' by a certain perfume associated with a particular person and becoming obsessed with that perfume, obsessions with parts of the body as opposed to the whole body, 'turned on' by underwear or taboos. I have a number of these myself, getting pleasure in an unconventional way, which I never talk about to people I know because I am aware that it is not 'normal'.  I have been aroused by these things since I was about 8 years old.

  • Hi I have some fetishes as well, I'm turned on very much by men's underwear, I long to see it and touch it and smell it on a man who I find so attractive.  I also have a men's fart fetish and I am turned on by some accents such as Welsh, Birmingham,  Newcastle, Spanish.     I'm nearly 50 yrs of age, I'm autistic and gay, I have had the Men's underwear fetish since the age of 6yrs old and I've never had a partner.  I can't even talk about it to anyone as nobody is willing to hear what I feel, I keep all the feelings inside and it causes depression.

  • That's probably classed as a natural instinct, not fetish. Many people get turned on by seeing the (gunge) result from someone else being turned on.

  • Hope no-one minds a spot of thread necromancy here, but I seem to have a 'Wet and Messy' fetish - I am aroused by women getting soaking wet (especially in skimpy outfits), getting pied or being gunged...

    Unfortunately, I have no-one to share that fetish with at the moment.

    I know this might sound sexist, but it isn't meant to be in any way. But I can't figure out why any women would want to sleep with a man. Women are much more interesting sexually. I find partially clad females more interesting than naked females.

    I used to get imensely turned on by certain fabrics touching my skin, sports shorts for instance if I had no underwear on. I think If I was a women I would get turned on all the time from underwear etc. 

    I've only ever slept with one person and I'm nearly 30. Sexual compatability is very important for me. I do have time's when I have to get up in the middle of the night to mastubate as I'm extremely aroused and my partner isn't up for it.

  • Im interested in this also. There's a perfume my GF wears that turns me on instantly which I refer to as mating scent. The smell of female genitalia drives me wild.

    I have fetishes also. I like rough sex, certain fabric textures such as satin, lace & fur. I like being tied up.  

    I also focus in on body parts.

    I've always been overly sexual.

    I've never researched this topic, it probably would be interesting. I much prefer sex to consuming drugs and alchohol.
