Hello everybody 

I have autism and I get angry a lot does anyone else experience getting angry a lot for no good reason.

    I seem to have certain things which give me an out of all proportion emotional reaction.  I know it's out of all proportion and stupid but I still after many years find it difficult.

    But then there are things where I think people are expecting an emotional reaction and I'll all just "meh" about it.
