Has anyone else tried this type of diet? I came across it at the food intolerance website at fedup.com.au.
i was aware, before i got the ASD diagnosis, that some foods, e.g. baby plum tomatoes reacted with my mouth and that i did not "like" some foods…

SOI, Are you aware of the high frequency of gut problems in ASD patients? Have you tried any of the diets (e.g. low salicylate) that are alleged to help some people?
You could say the same about aspirin - aspirin was originally isolated from willow bark, chewing on willow bark obviously releases many more compounds than just salicylic acid (the active ingredient of aspirin).
