Hello, it is so good to be part of this community.  I have no problems at the moment but have had in the past. Tomorrow, I go into hospital for a minor procedure and my daughter is anxious.  Funny, I'm anxious!  So anxious that I destroyed my front garden in the rain and laid concrete edging to take my mind off it. Afterwards, my daughter insisted I had a hot bath and a cup tea. I should do this more often.  Every time I ask for a cuppa, she moans!  It is hard not to show your own anxiety when you know they have their own.  But, I do think it has helped her showing mine, as at least she knows that I am not hiding anything from her. Tomorrow her dad is coming over, so she will not be on her own, even though she is 20 and has told me that she will be fine on her own.  She even joked about having a party.   I don't think I have to worry about that.
