Norfolk social services

Hi I'm new to this but thought you would be the right people to ask. My 12 year old nephew is high functioning autism and very violent towards my sister who has been a single parent most of his life. She called social services for help last September as she couldn't cope. They have done nothing to help with getting my nephew the help he needs which has ended up with having a suicial sister and my nephew being put in his fathers care. Basically with my sister not getting any therapy or services for her son that's so desperately needed she's had no choice but to give her child up while she gets her mental health sorted. no mother wants this and she has done the best she can. Can I ask if any of you have had similar problems with Norfolk social services. Thanks
