football teams in Kent

Hi everyone,

This is my first post, I hope its in the right place :-). I want to find a football club for my 4 and 1/2 year old son in the Dartford area. A google search drew a blank, I cant believe that there are no special needs football teams in the area!!! Does anyone know of any?
