I know that this may sound strange, but have you ever thought about what your theme music could be, if your life was a TV show?
I think that mine would be Up! by Shania Twain, especially the chorus:
Up, up, upCan only go up from hereUp, up, upWhere the clouds gonna clearUp, up, upThere's no way but up from here
I have Out on The Weekend on repeat as of late. I love neil and Black Sabbath.
MY FRIEND!.iAM struggling!
I'm glad I'm not the only one, ha its great though to walk around with such good songs waiting to remind me how good music can be.
Old man-Neil Young....always seem to have the guitar riffs floating around in the background of my mind from time to time
War pigs black sabbath, the intro blows your socks off.
But does anyone experience haveing a song or part of a song stuck in between thoughts,
Perhaps just me as the mind quiets down. At the moment I have the intro guitar to Hart of gold by NeilyYoung stuck in my head before that it was down by the river also by Neil you and it seem more than often its the instrumental parts that get lodged.
Plus my car song at the moment is whisky by Chris Stapleton.

I discovered The Sensational Alex Harvey Band through watching TOTP2 on BBC2 - eighteen years ago - and considered them to be a prototype Magazine - Magazine had an added Prog element towards their Post-Punk.
After I ordered a record player from Curry's/PC-World three months ago, I bought SAHB Stories (their 1976 album) from a record shop in Belfast. It's a hidden gem.
The record player can convert vinyl tracks to MP3, but that doesn't work on Mac 10.15. First World Problems.
Good to know there's more than one of us! I didn't hear it until the mid 80s (I think) so you're one up on me there. I sometimes wish that I'd been born a few years earlier so that I could have enjoyed a lot of that stuff more. Living Too Late as Mark E Smith would say!
Outdoor Miner is probably one of my favourite songs of all time. I heard it first time round too.
I'm a fan! You have good taste Desmond!
Now listening to 'Sleep' by Godspeed You! Black Emperor!
Halfway through the twenty-three-minute epic.
Its gets you down. Stuck in chicken town/
I saw him both in Dun Laoghaire and Belfast. However, I could only stay for the first act due to the buses home I wanted to get.
Haha yeah I like the idea though I always said that if I ever saw him out and about somewhere (highly unlikely I know), I would probably cross to the other side of the road!
I saw JCC live when i was younger. Good night!
For those with no girlfriend to propose to them on Saturday;
A Heart Disease called Love - John Cooper Clarke.
Love is blindness - U2.
You, me and World War Three - Gavin Friday.
B***h - Stephen Lynch.
Housewife - Dr Dre and Snoop Dog.
Disgusting - Mansun.
Uno - Muse.
You're right mate. I do love that and i will spend hours there at some point. The alternative is trying to interact with the public afterall! haha. Maybe we can summon Mark E Smith's ghost to be our collective best friend?
By the way, in case you didn't know, there's an excellent site that analyses every Fall lyric, or tries to. http://annotatedfall.doomby.com/ Warning though - you can spend hours there!
The Light Pours out of me.
