Hello everyone, diagnosed yesterday with autism and hypermobility, I am looking forward to joining this community and sharing experiences... it’s been a strange journey, my head is buzzing today!

Thanks! I had suspected I was autistic but had no idea about the hypermobility. Apparently I have had a range of symptoms for decades and not known was all connected, was it the same for you?
I'm self-diagnosed on both fronts, so it's been a case of a lot of internet research to find out what was going on! Yes, there seems to be overlap with quite a few health conditions on this forum actually. My sister had 'joked' that i was on the spectrum for years, but the hypermobility was harder to figure out.
