It's incredibly high. What is going to be done about it? Anything? Ever?I see the trans community raising this issue all the time and rightly so. Their stat is high so they raise it and that makes the rest of society take note at what's going on with them. Why can't i do the same with our community?
A very good question. It needs addressing. Autism is not at all trendy, glamorous or vote-winning unfortunately.
Who knows, maybe one day, a Kardashian will say something about autism, and suddenly the politicians will start pretending to care about us for a change.
It seems like there are plenty of NT's with ASD kids. I think when today's generation of ASD kids become Adults that will be push it further up the agenda.
