Feeling anxious

Every day I feel anxious and afraid. Has anyone got any tips on how to calm my self down?

  • Look into and try 3 part breath. This is breathing from the stomach,  expanding the ribcage and up into the chest. It's a really good exercise to slow down your breathing and is practised in yoga and mindfulness. I have anxiety everyday and it really helps on my bad days. 

    Puzzle books are great to help focus thr mind. It helps that I have been addicted to them recently, and have found it switches my mind off.
