Dehydration ?

At my post diagnosis appointment on Friday I tentatively mentioned dehydration. The woman mentioned  interoception . Anyone else have a tendency to become dehydrated?

    I keep a careful check on my liquid intake every day to avoid dehydration.  On normal days I need at least 4 cups of liquid adding upto 1.5 litres.  Outside on hot days I need considerably more.

    Today I had 3 cups of tea and one full cup of still spring water with my medication.  I hate drinking tap water.  I don't trust it and it gives me headaches.
