Depression

My depression has returned and I emailed my therapist. I last saw him in October last year. He has agreed to see me again but has said he didn't see the Clinical signs of ASD. I'm feeling a little devalued.

The reason I saw him last year was due to childhood trauma.

    Thanks for the awesome support. I emailed my therapist and told him that I’m already waiting for an appointment for diagnosis. 

    I kind of realised that I should have discussed this before with him.
