I'm 21 and need friends but I don't really know how to find people with common interests even more so when my main special interest is WWE so it's kinda hard to find people into Wrestling as it's not as popular as it once was.
I'm also into Gaming and Film but they're not really topics I can hold a conversation with for very long as it all depends on if people have played a specific game/watched a specific movie and if they have the same console or not which is a bit of a struggle when it comes to continuously talking about them.
Tried the MeetUp App but there aren't any groups in my local area so it's kinda a bust for me so any other advice would be greatly appreciated
Many Regards
Max

This is weird but i dont like the actual wrestling anymore but i do still love Jim Cornette on yt. I love all shoot interviews but not the wrasslin.
I watch WWE, i love Sasha Banks, and the current WWE champion, Drew McIntyre and i love Braun Strowman Wrestling seems to be more legit in these times. Wrestlers now a days talk more to each other in the ring, but they look more real.
That's complicated. Because i like Skynrd but...
I mostly chat online. Thematic forums, chats, etc. By the way, are there any fans of Sweet Home Alabama? Or Bubba Thompson https://news.amomama.com/219149-how-the-cowboy-way-star-bubba-thompson-h.html? It would be cool to chat.
Thanks :)
They have the gyro system so they virtually fly themselves - if you let go of the sticks they just level out and keep flying - and also some are so light that if they do crash they just bounce back for more. My Mustang is on 50 grams in weight :)
Great picture.
Yeah - I'm very tempted - but I am a crap pilot so I always crash them - I want an FPV aircraft so I can fly from the actual cockpit so I don't get disoriented when it's in the distance.
Have you seen the lastest generation of fomies? Amazing details and lines on the new elopor and epp stuff. I got a micro Elopor P-51 mustang with a wingspan of just over 1 foot with 3 axis gyro stabilisation too - all in for seventy quid. So small it can be flown in a good size garden.
Very vintage - my friends and I used to build stuff like this in the late 70s / early 80s - before fibreglass & foam wings. so much work, so much matchwood on CFIT.
All my flying friends from my childhood grew up and moved away - we only meetup at Christmas.
Been watching Flitetest too! And Essential RC. And this guy John Woodfield www.youtube.com/.../SURFHERO1
I have a whole bunch of RC planes. Gliders, jets and aerobatic 3D models and a Mavic mini Drone.
Got back into the hobby at the start of lockdown.
We have a mini club formed already with 3 other guys who also returned to the hobby because of lockdown.
look at these guys:

I love their Millenium Falcon!
I'm old enough to remember a 2-channel rc set was £50 - servos were about £16 each.
Now I buy 6-channel sets for £15 and servos are 10x for £6
Sounds awesome. Only got as far as subscribing to Rc youtube channels. I couldn't afford the decent stuff when i was a kid and had to watch other people. Now i'm adult though the RC world is my potential oyster. What would you recommend starting with that's actually decent? I don't want anything slow that reminds me of the crap i had to have when i was little.
I've got a 4x4 truck crawler, a couple of helicopters, a couple of drones and a bunch of RC ships - and a ton of technical Lego.
You got rc cars now? I might get a submarine or a plane.
Hi Max
WWE and gaming are two opposites - one is mainly based at home on your own and the other is at big events - what other interests do you have where there might be more local groups? What did you like when you were younger? I did models, Lego and train-sets and RC cars etc. as a kid and so as an adult, there are groups where I can join and get out to events and meet up with like-minded people. I'd take another look at Meetup.com - people arrange social events - like pub evenings or cinema trips - all worth looking at.
Join online forums dedicated to your interests? Join all the FB groups dedicated to your interests. I'm in my late 30's and socially isolated so there's no magic button you can press i'm afraid.
