So this is a place to share the good things that happen in our lives. They don't have to be huge even little tiny good things are good.

    Got up at 8 and had a swift 7-mile cycle ride, followed by a swim in the sea.  The sea is just right at the moment: still and warm.  A good way to start the day, at least.  Hopefully, it'll carry on the same way...
