Sleeping issues

Does anyone else struggle to fall asleep with their partner in the bed? My wife and I have been sleeping in separate rooms for nearly a year. I really struggle to get to sleep with her next to me. I can’t have any noise and she snores. I can’t have any movement either.

    A couple of Zopiclone with knock you right out.  Only downside is the metallic bitter taste in your mouth for 24 hours afterwards.  Means that Zopiclone is OK for breaking several nights of poor sleeping, but unless you like the appalling aftertaste, stay away from daily use.
