My daughter has aspergers and clinical anxiety she now 17 yes old. She didn't manage to do any GCSE due to anxiety and started and stopped college after a few months as couldn't manage one day a week. She on meds that's the only thing chams get involve with. They said she won't be on the child mental health much lionger and education people have given up on her. She thinking of online study to do her GCSE but its costs 280 per exam which as a single parent can't afford. Feel totally lost

You may want to contact our Education Rights Service where information, support and advice is provided on educational provision and entitlements. Please see the following link for further information:

They may be able to advise you on who to approach for help with your daughter's education, especially as you say you feel the education people involved have given up on her.  I hope you can find some helpful advice from them, but if you still have any questions, please post back on the forum and a moderator or community member may be able to help you further.

    Kind regards,

    Heather
