Meeting with Paediatrician - what to expect

Hi,

We are suspecting that our 2 (almost 3) year old boy has autism. Our health visito has referred us to the community paediatrician and we have an appointment next week. It's apparently for about an hour, but can anyone tell us what they do at this appointment and what to expect please?
