We so rarely get it in my corner of south-east England.  This morning, we've a real blizzard!  I can't go to work because the day centre's shut with the weather.

So... I've been out and taken some photos...

    Thanks Tom, lovely scene so long as you don’t need to get anywhere fast,

    We had a flurry yesterday which didn’t amount to much but stayed where it fell. Temperatures were very low as expected everywhere,

    And we are just getting the snow you had,we are Oxfordshire,

    Light  but big flakes,settling, I am not at work as my wife is poorly. 

    Normally I would be out in it as I work outside doing manual work. 

    Everything to do with earth,digging trenches and holes. Construction etc,

    winter is a tough time but summer is sweet, deck chairs at break times taking in the country side.
