Speak to the school who can put a referral in to social services. If she meets the criteria and is eligible for a social worker then that’s great. Social workers can give you the advice that you will need to implement services and put something in place.
I thought that it might be useful to share with you a few links on our website that might have some information that may help:
This page has lots if information on challenging behaviour: http://www.autism.org.uk/about/behaviour/challenging-behaviour.aspx. There are also the Autism Helpline contact details at the end of the page if it would be helpful to speak to someone about the issues you are facing.
Also this page, specifically dealing with physical challenging behaviour: http://www.autism.org.uk/about/behaviour/challenging-behaviour/physical.aspx.
I hope that is of some help.
