Plenty of us have anxiety and nervous issues, making it hard to go about the day, and get rest at night and so on. I was once told that chamomile tea is a pretty effective and natural way to help reduce anxiety, and combat insomnia. I didn't really give it much credit or credence, and was like 'yeah, yeah' - until I tried it. I had a cup of chamomile tea - just chamomile, nothing else added like mint or nettle or whatever. And I was quite happily surprised. After about 20 mins I felt quite chilled out, and my eyes became heavy with a healthy and happy drowsiness. That night I got a good night's sleep. other people have said the same too after trying it.

I agree. I have tried all types and for M&S is stronger and nicer.
