Is this a problem any of you have? You are used to doing things a certain way and find it hard when circumstances mean you can't . For me it makes me quite anxious and I find it quite hard to adapt, to working out how to do it differently.
I most certainly do have a problem with adjusting to change. The less notice I have of a change the harder it is to deal with.
I can feel my neck muscles tensing even typing this short reply about adjusting to change!
